<p>POSITION:</p>
<p>The Program and Administrative Associate will be a critical member of Joshua Venture’s small team and work under the supervision of the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties while taking on greater roles in program planning, meeting and retreat coordination, and stakeholder communications. Because Joshua Venture is in an early stage of development, there</p>

<p>Duties will include but may not be limited to:</p>
<p>Program Planning and Execution</p>
<p>• Assist in all areas of the development, launching, and operating of the</p>

<p>- Track fellowship applications and support selection process</p>
<p>- Manage communications with fellows once selected</p>
<p>- Assist in the development of curriculum materials</p>
<p>- Plan logistics for professional development retreats and other events for</p>

<p>- Source and maintain resources, such as roster of consultants and relevant non‐profit tools</p>
<p>Stakeholder Communication</p>
<p>• Manage constituent database, including data entry and maintenance</p>
<p>• Write, edit, and manage content for communications materials, including online, web, and print materials</p>
<p>General Administrative</p>
<p>• Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies, vendor management, and other duties as assigned</p>
<p>• Organize logistics for board and other internal and stakeholder events</p>
<p>• Special projects as assigned</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional education and life experience is a plus</p>
<p>• Experience managing multi‐component projects and planning events</p>
<p>• Familiarity with social media and networking tools</p>
<p>• Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Internet research skills</p>
<p>• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management</p>
<p>• Excellent interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills</p>

<p>The administrative assistant works will support two departments. Part of their time will be spent in foundation operations and the other part will be spent supporting in the Communications department. The lead supervisor is the Director of Finance and Administration.</p>
<p>Operations:</p>
<p>·         Serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Managing Director/CFO and the Operations team, with responsibility for calendar, mail, correspondence, travel arrangement, travel reports, conference calls, catering, AV and other needs as requested.</p>
<p>·         Physically produce the Board agenda (3x per year); produce the Board clips; mail the Board materials and provide other support for the Board meetings as requested.</p>
<p>·         Maintain physical and online filing systems.</p>
<p>·         Serve as backup to other administrative assistants when they are sick or on vacation. Back-up reception if understaffed.</p>
<p>Communications:</p>
<p>·         Serve as the Administrative Assistant for Communications, including calendar, mail, correspondence, travel arrangements, travel reports, conference calls catering, AV and other needs as requested.</p>
<p>·         Provide support to the contact management system. Assist with mailings and email blasts.</p>
<p>·         Maintain communications filing systems</p>
<p>·         Handles the organization and placement of PA material inventory; inventory lists and PA material in off site storage facility</p>
<p>·         Assists in the process of maintaining and updating the Foundation websites. Handles regular reporting of the site usage statistics. Post items and requested.</p>
<p>·         Assists in the preparation and assembly of the Foundation Press Clip Book</p>
<p>·         Other projects as assigned.</p>
<p>Applicant Requirements:</p>
<p>·         College degree plus 3-5 years of work experience</p>
<p>·         Must have advance computer skills, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required</p>
<p>·         Good personal demeanor and personality to interact with people inside and outside the organization</p>

<p>The Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Chicago Kollel seeks an Executive director to work with our Rosh kollel to implement the kollel mission to enrich and engage the greater Chicago Jewish community with inspired Torah living and learning. The Executive director will work closely with kollel fellows, lay leaders, and the local Jewish community.</p>
<p>Specifically, the Executive Director oversees fiscal and budgetary management,  community relations, board and financial resource development, and executive learning/lunch and learn opportunities.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>The Executive director should have training and/or experience in organizational management, financial resource development, and community leadership.</p>
<p>Salary and Benefits:</p>
<p>The Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Chicago Kollel offers a benefit package that includes: Salary range $60,000 &#8211; $100,000 to commensurate with experience, full family medical insurance, $50,000 interest free loan toward the purchase of a home or apartment, and a relocation expense subsidy</p>
