Job Description:

A New York City non profit organization is looking to hire a Sales Manager to guide a team and encourage productivity. The candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts, developing sales reps in each area and managing their productivity. The sales manager will also be responsible for the sales budget and building incentive plans.
