Event Coordinator
Job Description:
Aish Connections is looking to hire a full time events coordinator based in New York City. He/she will be working under the supervision of the Director of Events and will work with a team to develop and implement the logistics and other facets of events for college students. From our weekly evening Mix program to developing our local, national and abroad programs, the Events Coordinator will handle all details and may be required to be on location at the event to facilitate its success. The Events Coordinator will also be responsible for developing creative event ideas, finding appropriate venues, negotiating contracts and coordinating travel plans. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Events planning experience is a plus.
