Description: Leading outreach organization in NYC seeks a highly professional, competent, tactful, confident person. You must be a quick learner, self-starter, hard-worker, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, take initiative, work well and quickly under pressure, be results-oriented, with the desire to grow in the position and take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will have patience, excellent written/verbal communication, analytical skills and computer proficiency, especially in Excel. This position is responsible for progress and completion of action items, interacting with and overseeing some staff, making sure reports are handed in on time, problem-solving, assisting staff when needed, working on projects, analyzing and writing reports, drafting proposals and letters, handling calls, conducting research and managing schedules.
