The Company:

Our client is a technology-focused service firm, providing a service to their clients in the exciting world of Online Advertising.

The Role:

The Online Ad Trafficker will report directly to the Manager of Ad Operations, and will supervise and implement both display and video online advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring the compatibility of an ad campaign on our client’s sites, including testing and tracking each campaign for site compliance. Every day, you will monitor, optimize and report on all aspects of each ad campaign. You will also work closely with Campaign Managers to ensure that the ad campaigns meet the client’s expectations.

What you will learn at this job:

• You will learn all about online ad serving. Experience within advertising is a plus, but is not required.

• You will learn how to deal with clients effectively, and all about the new media landscape.

• You will learn to troubleshoot creative ad units effectively.

• You will learn all about what it takes to traffic a campaign in online media, from start to finish.

Qualifications:

This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Please do NOT apply if you have more than 6 months of work experience!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you must be able to successfully work and communicate in a collaborative, team environment.

• You must have a fun personality, and a can-do attitude.

• You must be both detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in the fast pace of a start-up environment.

• You will use Microsoft Office heavily (especially Excel and PowerPoint) so a strong proficiency is required.

• You must have SOLID skills in MS Excel. These could include using the following functions:

Pivot tables/charts

Sum ifs/and

Link excel sheets

vLookups

The ability to manipulate large data sets
