Job Description:

The Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Chicago Kollel seeks an Executive director to work with our Rosh kollel to implement the kollel mission to enrich and engage the greater Chicago Jewish community with inspired Torah living and learning. The Executive director will work closely with kollel fellows, lay leaders, and the local Jewish community.

Specifically, the Executive Director oversees fiscal and budgetary management, community relations, board and financial resource development, and executive learning/lunch and learn opportunities.

Qualifications:

The Executive director should have training and/or experience in organizational management, financial resource development, and community leadership.

Salary and Benefits:

The Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Chicago Kollel offers a benefit package that includes: Salary range $60,000 – $100,000 to commensurate with experience, full family medical insurance, $50,000 interest free loan toward the purchase of a home or apartment, and a relocation expense subsidy
